Cancellation Policy

Cancellations for our personalized beauty solutions, including hair and makeup services and mobile spray tans, are accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. If you need to cancel within 24 hours of the service, a charge of 50% of the scheduled cost will apply.

Bridal Contract

Agreement Terms & Payment

As part of this agreement, a non-refundable deposit of $200 is required to secure your date for our hair and makeup services. This deposit fee will be applied towards the cost of one hair and one makeup session. The deposit may also be applied towards your trial run or wedding day if you are only booking one service, such as hair. The Bride is responsible for collecting all payments and submitting the total amount no later than 48 hours prior to the wedding date. Once the final number of services, including any mobile spray tans or other personalized beauty solutions, are submitted and the deposit is paid, your wedding date will be officially reserved! Please note that services will not be removed after submission. Cancelled services after submission will still be billed to the bride, whether they are performed or not. Deposits and wedding day payments can be made using PayPal, Venmo, or Cash App as friends and family.

Time

Please ensure that all bridesmaids are on time for our established start time. Even a few minutes late can shift us off schedule. Early start times are necessary, especially when coordinating hair and makeup services. The recommended start time is based on the number of services being performed and the ceremony start time. The maximum number of services is 10-12, depending on the timeline, with hair and makeup each counted as separate services. If larger bridal parties exceed this maximum, I will be happy to recommend another artist. Typically, I spend 50-60 minutes on bridal hair and bridal makeup, while other attendants require about 30 minutes each for hair and makeup. When planning your wedding timelines, please keep these details in mind, as well as any additional beauty needs like mobile spray tans or personalized beauty solutions.

Day of Instructions

Please arrive with clean, dry hair to ensure your hair and makeup style holds throughout the day. I will not have a blow dryer on hand to dry wet hair. For makeup services, make sure your face is cleansed, with no product applied prior to your arrival. ALL makeup MUST be removed from the night before. Consider having pictures of makeup and hairstyles that you are interested in for your look, as these can help guide our personalized beauty solutions. Please note that pictures are just for inspiration and do not guarantee the final look will be identical, as hair texture and length play a major role in styling. Additionally, skin texture, eye shape, and age will also influence the outcome of your makeup.
